CommonPoint LLC does not provide consent on your behalf and does not verify recipient consent.
For voice survey services, CommonPoint LLC acts solely as a technology provider and is not the sender or originator of calls or messages initiated by users.
Users control survey content, recipients, and delivery.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any service if we believe it is being used in violation of these terms, applicable laws, or in a manner that creates regulatory or compliance risk.
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommonPoint LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
